Return and Refund Policy

At MC Mobile Mechanic , we strive to provide high-quality mobile mechanic services to ensure your vehicle is in top condition. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we have established the following return and refund policy:

We aim to ensure that all our services meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Parts supplied by MC Mobile Mechanic L.L.C. were found to be defective or incorrect.
• The vehicle is still experiencing issues directly related to the service provided.

Please note that the following services are non-refundable:

• Diagnostic fees.
• Services performed on vehicles that are not maintained or have existing, unresolved issues not addressed during service.

To request a refund:

• Provide your service details, including date, type of service, and a description of the issue.
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Cancellations of scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee(For non-subscribed members). *If scheduled before 24 hours, there will be cancellation fee of $10*  
• If a service is rescheduled, we will honor the original pricing.
